Refund policy

If you don't love your new ride after the first week, bring it back in like-new condition for a full refund minus a credit/debit card processing fee when applicable.  Restocking fee's may apply. E-bike misuse or damage will void all refunds. All refunds issued by will be credited back to the original payment method used on your purchase.
